Returns & Replacements

If we make a mistake we will replace the product with a corrected one. The Product Manufacturer provides product warranties and are responsible for their content if defects are determined. The terms of those warranties vary by manufacturer and the details can usually found on their own website.We will make every effort to help resolve any dissatisfaction with your order. If it is a result of our error we will replace or refund your money. If the issue is with the actual product being defective we will help facilitate the warranty process with the manufacturer, We allow 10 days from shippment for the customer to contact us if there is an issue regarding a possible defect or personalization error.
